Angry residents speak out over HANO lead settlement (video)

In 1989, the Housing Authority of New Orleans was ordered to test for lead in their units. In 2011, HANO settled a $67 million dollar lawsuit, half to be paid to attorneys. The rest was paid out to 2000 residents - $17,000 each.
