Neutral hydrogen molecules and Mars' lost atmosphere

Scientists believe another process that may have caused Mars' atmosphere to disappear was the collision of "neutral" hydrogen molecules in the air over the planet over billions of years. This video was produced in 2012 in advance of the launch of NASA's Maven satellite, which is now orbiting Earth and attempting to determine which theories are correct.
