The New Orleans Police Department is investigating the shooting of 23-year-old Nicholas Temper, who was shot on the outskirts of the French Quarter early Friday (Jan. 30). The NOPD says a 64-year-old man was attacked by Temper and shot him in the chest in self-defense.
