The Westwego City Council voted Monday night (Aug. 25, 2014) to seek a second round of bids for a new City Hall. Following about 45 minutes of discussion, councilmen Norman Fonseca, Glenn Green, Johnny Nobles Jr. and Garrison Toups voted to seek the bids.
