Neighbor to apartment of Heidi Monroy recalls how she met the family

Terrlyn Foy met the family of Heidi Monroy and Pedro Alberto Monterroso-Navas shortly before Monroy was found dead in the bathtub early Sunday (July 13). Foy recalls how she became acquainted with the couple's five children, despite the fact that she did not speak Spanish and the children did not speak English.
