The New Orleans Jazz Orchestra broke ground on the future site its' permanent home in Central City today. Jazz musician, Irvin Mayfield Jr., pianist Ellis Marsalis and jazz vocalist Dee Dee Bridgewater help celebrate the New Orleans Jazz Market with an impromptu performance.
