Lake Pontchartrain Elementary Principal Sylvia Bailey talks about the return of nearly 600 students to one campus starting on Tuesday (Jan.7). The students were dispersed to several campuses across St. John the Baptist Parish after Hurricane Isaac damaged their school in 2012. On Tuesday they start classes on a temporary site constructed on the campus of East St. John Elementary.
