Freezing weather has local organizations offering warm beds for homeless

Temperatures are expected to hover near 20 degrees or lower in some areas tonight (Jan. 6) and the city has enacted its freeze plan. Local shelters across the city will begin opening their doors at 4 p.m., offering a warm place to sleep for many.
